Was a small delay on collection due a serious issue for Jay outside of work. Not a problem at all as Jay was completely honest and kept me informed. As it was a Dutch auction, sold as seen call, Jay actually went beyond what he needed to do.

I had an outstanding experience at Kirkham Part Exchange. From the moment I walked in, Jay was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy.

An absolutely amazing experience dealing with Jay from start to finish. I bought one of his Dutch auction cars, which are sold as seen. However Jay then went out of his way to give it a fresh service and a couple of other things — absolutely above and beyond.

Bought a Mercedes A Class — not one complaint. No pressure from the staff, and they allowed us to test drive the car as many times as we liked. Overall, nice staff, quick and effective service, would recommend!!

An experience in buying a vehicle should be exactly that, I purchased an Audi Q3 from KPEC and it was exactly that — an experience. No heavy sales talk just the basics. In fact he talked me out of buying a more expensive vehicle.

I travelled 64 miles round trip to view and test drive a Nissan X-Trail advertised for £8,000. While the exterior looked acceptable (minor scuffs as expected), the interior condition was appalling.

Had a problem with the battery on recently purchased Volvo. I didn't expect immediate repair on the day before Christmas but they ordered a new battery and fitted it straight away. Really solid after-sales service.

Sold a car with a rattling — claimed repairs had been made yet failed to do so. Customer service so poor and failed to perform basic tasks after being assured they would be dealt with.

Went to view a few options. Jamie listened to what I needed the car for and matched me up with the best option for my needs. He came across as helpful without being pushy and I left with a car without feeling stressed and pressured.

I've had to change my review. I got the car an MOT about 6 or 7 months after I got her — cost me £800. All the brakes were shot, the track rod end was so close to giving I wasn't allowed to drive her and the sills were in poor condition.

Nice salesman, good service, fixed any problems before I bought the car, would recommend.
