Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Brought the car out for us to test drive. Full service history. Showed us the MOT certificate — no advisories. 12 months MOT and quarter a tank of petrol too. Valeted before we drove it away. Would happily recommend this garage to anyone.

Bought a car, 3 weeks in it broke down. Belt was past its lifespan shedding fibres into the oil — somehow got missed during inspection. Had the car 4 months and further problems are going to cost me over £1000.

Nathan and Jay had to sort out a replacement car after the original one I wanted had unfit brakes that needed re-ordering. Good value for a Mercedes B class — good little runabout. Ideal dealership for first time buyers.

Went to buy a BMW 120d — watched the salesman reset the service reminder as it was overdue. When I asked why he did that he barefaced lied about it. Left without buying. Very poor behaviour.

Super friendly. Some delays in getting the car ready, but this is because unlike many car dealerships they don't have a pet MOT place willing to sign off any car. It sounds odd to be reassured that a car failed an MOT — but honestly it gave me confidence.

We saw the car we wanted on the website and reserved it immediately. After a quick turnaround we collected the car, which looked great after it was prepped, and with 12 months MOT too. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I would 100% recommend.

Bought an automatic Kia — it came with full warranty, it was valeted. Had it 2 years, been back twice for MOTs, never had any issues with it, passed MOTs with no problems at all. Always find them to be helpful, honest and all round a good business. Would return again.

The car was great but I raised a formal complaint as after nearly 2 months and multiple calls we had not received the V5 logbook. Without it we cannot contact the DVLA as the new owner. Still unresolved at time of writing.

Originally went there because they promise a meticulous proactive service. The car I bought supposedly came with a full service and warranty. However there were issues from the start that proved very difficult to resolve.

Absolute joke of a dealership. My stepdaughter saved her money to buy her first car. 5 days we were told for an MOT and service. 3 weeks later nothing — no phone call, no updates, nothing at all.

Sold a faulty car — within weeks of purchase the clutch failed, the brakes failed and the suspension failed. They hadn't even sent off the V5. Would not recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I purchased an Audi A5 and within the first 2/3 weeks identified engine light issues and knocking noises. The process of getting resolution was extremely difficult and disappointing.
