Amazing service, needed a good quality car quickly and they certainly delivered! Excellent after care too. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Brought the car out for us to test drive. Full service history. Showed us the MOT certificate — no advisories. 12 months MOT and quarter a tank of petrol too. Valeted before we drove it away. Would happily recommend this garage to anyone.

Bought a car, 3 weeks in it broke down. Belt was past its lifespan shedding fibres into the oil — somehow got missed during inspection. Had the car 4 months and further problems are going to cost me over £1000.

Went to buy a BMW 120d — watched the salesman reset the service reminder as it was overdue. When I asked why he did that he barefaced lied about it. Left without buying. Very poor behaviour.

They have some lovely cars in stock at great prices. The car we bought had checks done and cleaned so it was all good to drive away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We recommend this company.

Super friendly. Some delays in getting the car ready, but this is because unlike many car dealerships they don't have a pet MOT place willing to sign off any car. It sounds odd to be reassured that a car failed an MOT — but honestly it gave me confidence.

Bought an automatic Kia — it came with full warranty, it was valeted. Had it 2 years, been back twice for MOTs, never had any issues with it, passed MOTs with no problems at all. Always find them to be helpful, honest and all round a good business. Would return again.

Great cars at great prices! I have recently bought an Audi A1 at Kirkham Part Exchange Centre from a lovely gentleman called Jay. What an exceptional experience it has been from start to finish!

The car was great but I raised a formal complaint as after nearly 2 months and multiple calls we had not received the V5 logbook. Without it we cannot contact the DVLA as the new owner. Still unresolved at time of writing.

After a promising start, very disappointed with aftersales. The buying experience was great but when I needed warranty work done the communication and responsiveness fell short of what I expected.

Originally went there because they promise a meticulous proactive service. The car I bought supposedly came with a full service and warranty. However there were issues from the start that proved very difficult to resolve.

Absolute joke of a dealership. My stepdaughter saved her money to buy her first car. 5 days we were told for an MOT and service. 3 weeks later nothing — no phone call, no updates, nothing at all.

Paid £300 deposit on 29/03/2024 for a Mercedes-Benz CLK convertible. Was informed I would have the car in 10 days. Experienced significant problems getting this resolved.

Sold a faulty car — within weeks of purchase the clutch failed, the brakes failed and the suspension failed. They hadn't even sent off the V5. Would not recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I purchased an Audi A5 and within the first 2/3 weeks identified engine light issues and knocking noises. The process of getting resolution was extremely difficult and disappointing.

Very disappointed to see how a customer was treated after buying a faulty car from this dealership. Concerning practices.
