Had a problem with the battery on recently purchased Volvo. I didn't expect immediate repair on the day before Christmas but they ordered a new battery and fitted it straight away. Really solid after-sales service.

I arrived at Kirkham part exchange looking for a reasonably priced vehicle. Gary approached me and asked if I needed any help. I was interested in a jaguar. He presented me with the keys and left me alone to look at the car — great no-pressure approach.

Nathan and Jay had to sort out a replacement car after the original one I wanted had unfit brakes that needed re-ordering. Good value for a Mercedes B class — good little runabout. Ideal dealership for first time buyers.

Super friendly. Some delays in getting the car ready, but this is because unlike many car dealerships they don't have a pet MOT place willing to sign off any car. It sounds odd to be reassured that a car failed an MOT — but honestly it gave me confidence.
